EXECUTIVE ADVISORY RETAINER $6,000 / Month **Ongoing Executive Strategy for Moves That Matter.** **BEST FOR** Serious artists, creators, founders, and music-industry professionals who need consistent executive-level strategy, prioritization, and decision support without building a full-time senior executive team. **WHAT’S INCLUDED** Up to **8 hours of combined executive time per 30-day retainer period**, which may include: * Private strategy sessions * Release and rollout planning * Career and business prioritization * Weekly goals and decision support * Brand, content, and messaging review * EPK, deck, landing-page, and professional asset review * Business and operational strategy * Preparation for important industry conversations and opportunities Executive time includes calls, material review, preparation, and other work performed specifically for the client. **PRIORITY ACCESS** Retainer clients receive priority scheduling and access to designated JamMar availability windows. Typical availability: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM ET Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET Sunday: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM ET Closed U.S. holidays. Availability windows do **not** constitute continuous or on-demand access. Calls and reviews are scheduled subject to JamMar availability. **NOT INCLUDED** Copywriting, graphic design, campaign execution, content production, outreach, introductions, legal or contract review, representation, publishing, licensing, administration, or other written deliverables unless expressly included or separately contracted. **RETAINER TERMS** * Limited availability; acceptance is discretionary * Retainer covers one approved client/project unless otherwise agreed * Unused time does not roll over * Time is non-transferable * Additional work requires written approval and may be separately quoted * Written deliverables are separately scoped unless expressly included **IMPORTANT CONDITIONS** The Executive Advisory Retainer does not create an employment, officer, management, fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint-venture, legal-representation, or other representative relationship. JamMar does not guarantee introductions, meetings, deals, placements, licensing opportunities, revenue, audience growth, financing, or other commercial outcomes. Purchase is subject to JamMar Music LLC’s **Service Purchase, Scheduling & Cancellation Policy, Terms of Service, Website Disclaimer, and applicable written retainer agreement.**
Cancellation Policy
SERVICE & CANCELLATION POLICY JamMar Music LLC By purchasing a JamMar service, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, Website Disclaimer, and applicable service terms. A separate written agreement controls if it conflicts with this Policy. SALES & REFUNDS Except as otherwise stated or required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable once JamMar reserves capacity or begins work. Dissatisfaction with opinions, evaluations, strategy, or third-party outcomes is not grounds for a refund. If JamMar cannot provide a service and no reasonable alternative is available, JamMar will refund or credit the undelivered portion. LIVE SESSIONS One reschedule is allowed with 24+ hours’ notice, subject to availability, generally within 30 days. Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice may receive a one-time 30-day credit. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows receive no refund or credit. Late arrival does not extend the session. WRITTEN / NO-CALL Written reviews, assessments, screenings, blueprints, and edits become non-refundable once work begins. Delivery starts after all required materials are received. MATERIALS & SCOPE Materials must be submitted by the stated deadline. Late or incomplete materials may limit review, delay delivery, or require added fees. Clients represent they are authorized to submit all materials. No ownership transfers to JamMar. Each purchase is limited to the stated scope; added work requires a separate booking, add-on, or agreement. RUSH DELIVERY Rush service applies only when offered and confirmed in writing. Rush fees are non-refundable once work begins. If JamMar misses an accepted rush deadline for reasons attributable to JamMar, the rush fee will be refunded or credited. SYNC / REPRESENTATION Sync reviews and screenings are evaluation services only. Purchase or review does not authorize JamMar to pitch, represent, publish, administer, license, or act for a client or rightsholder. Any such authority requires a separate written agreement. NO GUARANTEES / PROFESSIONAL ADVICE JamMar does not guarantee meetings, introductions, deals, placements, licensing, financing, revenue, audience growth, responses, or other commercial outcomes. JamMar is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. JamMar may decline or terminate services for fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, policy violations, or misconduct. Purchasers must be 18+ and authorized to act for another person or entity.
