Service Description
SYNC GATE™ — PLUS (UP TO 10 SONGS) $1,000 USD SYNC SCREENING + QUALIFICATION (NO CALL) SCREENING ONLY • NO PITCHING Submit up to 10 songs for JamMar screening. JamMar may select up to 1 qualified track (or none) and provide a brief next-step recommendation. SERVICE DESCRIPTION: SYNC GATE™ — PLUS is JamMar’s expanded screening/qualification service for artists/creators who want JamMar to screen a larger batch of songs and identify whether one track may be worth advancing into a separate sync service. This is not a Sync + Pitch service. It is screening only. WHO THIS IS FOR: 1. Artists/creators with a larger catalog who want JamMar to identify one possible sync candidate from more songs 2. Clients who want a stronger screening/qualification step before booking a larger sync service 3. Teams that need help narrowing down what song (if any) to advance next WHAT YOU GET (PLUS): 1. Screening for up to 10 songs (one artist/project per order) 2. Basic sync readiness/fit screening (limited scope) 3. JamMar may select up to 2 qualified tracks (or 1 or none) 4. Outcome email with selection result + brief next-step direction 5. If selected, JamMar may recommend a separate Sync Review or Sync + Pitch service (separate booking required) WHAT THIS IS NOT (IMPORTANT): 1. Not a Sync + Pitch service 2. No pitching, submissions, routing, representation, or introductions 3. No guaranteed song selection 4. No detailed track-by-track review notes or scoring 5. No asset rebuild / strategy build WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: 1. If a track is selected, JamMar will identify the recommended next step (separate service may be required) 2. If no track is selected, JamMar will notify you by email TURNAROUND + DELIVERY NOTE: 1. Turnaround is provided after purchase based on queue and materials received 2. No-call, email-delivered screening outcome 3. Listed duration reflects internal review time, not a live session POLICY NOTICE: 1. Non-refundable 2. No Executive consulting 3. No guaranteed outcomes or opportunities. 4. Must complete files/links + project info required. 5. By booking/paying, you agree to JamMar’s Full Booking Policy and Website Terms (see footer), which apply to this service.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY This policy applies to services purchased from JamMar Music LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By booking, you agree to this policy and our website Terms/Disclaimers. ALL SALES FINAL; NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. We reserve time and prep capacity. No refunds for any reason, including no-shows, late arrivals, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or failure to provide materials. RESCHEDULES: One reschedule is allowed with 24+ hours’ notice, subject to availability, and must be used within 30 days of the original date. CANCELLATIONS; CREDIT (NOT A REFUND): Cancel 24+ hours in advance to receive a one-time credit (not a refund), valid 30 days, non-transferable, no cash value, and usable toward an equal/higher-priced service at then-current rates (you pay any difference). No credit for cancellations within 24 hours. LATE / NO-SHOW: Sessions end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals use remaining time. 10+ minutes late may be forfeited (no refund/credit). No-shows are forfeited. MATERIALS / INTAKE: Provide requested materials at least 72 hours before your session (or by any stated deadline). Late/incomplete materials may limit feedback, convert the session to general strategy, or be declined for review. You represent you own/control the rights to any materials submitted. We are not responsible for outcomes affected by missing/late materials. SCOPE; DELIVERABLES: Services are limited to the time/scope purchased. Additional work or follow-up requires a new booking or add-on. Notes/recordings/deliverables are provided only if included. NO GUARANTEES: Advisory services only. No guarantees of placements, deals, meetings, revenue, growth, or results, including but not limited to any specific outcome. SYNC REVIEWS: Paid evaluations only. No guarantee of pitching, submissions, representation, introductions, placements, or acceptance into any workflow. Next steps are discretionary and may require separate terms. CONDUCT / PAYMENT DISPUTES: We may refuse service in our sole discretion for misconduct or fraud. Chargebacks/payment disputes void credits and may block future bookings. Chargebacks may be treated as nonpayment and you agree to reimburse related fees/costs where permitted. UPDATES: Policy may change; the version in effect at booking applies.
